
Ok so I am skipping a bit and going straight to today. I’ve been swimming lots, am going to be paddling on Sunday and so decided that it was time for a run. I’m not a fast runner and do it to try and stay almost fit and I have also found that it helps a kind of choking thing I get sometimes when eating and drinking (say yay to the weird way muscles work).
I did a little over 2 miles. Not a lot but one bonus is that of the 3 times I managed to trip up I didn’t actually fall down but must have amused the neighbours with the funky don’t fall wiggle. I’m getting better with the balance and the more I do physically the better things get.
I have noticed that when running or hot the site that I last injected itches like crazy so now you can imagine a rather slow runner who every so often does a funny dip towards the ground who is also scratching. I assure you it’s a good look!
When I am running and for a little while afterwards my vision and thinking is a little off and I just need about 5 minutes to calm down and get my temperature to drop. What else would you do in that time other than grab the secateurs and go hedge trimming! I can confirm that all fingers have remained intact.
